By accessing or visiting the Site and the Content, interacting with us online, via phone, by email or mail, or in person, or purchasing anything from us, a person engages in our service and agrees to be bound by this privacy policy. When we talk about 'the Service’, it is hereafter individually and collectively referring to any products we carry on the Site, any kind of business activities or services available through the Site, or our additional online offerings, digital products, events, electronic communications, social media pages, and so forth when applicable. Currently, the Service is intended for international and global markets.

3. PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION COLLECTION
In order to provide and improve the Service and the Content as well as enhance your experiences that you expect from us, we need to collect your personally identifiable information. However, there is no need or necessity for us to collect every personal detail about you. We try to collect as minimally needed information regarding you as possible for business purposes only. We do not collect any Social Security Numbers. Third, website usage data, which may include information regarding how you browse the Site, which individual web pages and specific products you have viewed, what those websites are before and after your accessing the Site, how long you spend on each web page, what item you have searched on the Site, or how you interact with the Site such as times and frequency of clicking and scrolling up or down. Fourth, order and payment information. At the time you make or attempt to make a purchase and place an order, we collect some information which may include your account number, order number, payment information such as card numbers with expiration date and CVV code, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, delivery address, delivery records, and the details of the products or services you have ordered, purchased, or requested. 5. PURPOSES FOR COLLECTING PERSONAL INFORMATION
As permitted by applicable law and in accordance with this privacy policy, we may collect personally identifiable information to pursue our legitimate business interests for the following specific purposes: providing, improving, optimizing the Site and the Services and your overall experiences, such as by customizing the way that you use the Site and engage with us; helping business and commercial research and development by generating analytics about how you browse and interact with the Site; conducting targeted marketing and tailored advertising activities; abiding by laws, regulations, policies, agreements, safety and security rules or procedures; complying with our legal obligations, and protecting legal interests, meeting legal requirements if requesting for your information by a court, law enforcement agency, or regulatory body; assisting in our dispute investigation and resolution; and satisfying accounting and reporting obligations, keeping business records.

We honor our commitment to protect your privacy. For personally identifiable information, we share or disclose it when you ask us to do so with your specific consent. We do not share or disclose personally identifiable information to the public or irrelevant third parties. We may share limited personally identifiable information internally within our team who needs your personally identifiable information to provide the Service for your purchasing, shopping, promoting, or marketing. For example, our IT support staff needs your personally identifiable information to create and maintain your account in the Site; our customer service staff needs personally identifiable information to communicate with you; and our warehouse staff needs personally identifiable information to process payment, arrange shipping, provide invoices, and order confirmations.

Subject to information protection, as outlined in this privacy policy and permitted by applicable laws, we may share limited personally identifiable information, such as, some of your contact details, information about the transaction that you share with us, and certain information from your online interactions such as the IP address of your device, to related third party service providers who are only allowed to have access to your personally identifiable information they need to perform those services. They agree to keep your personally identifiable information confidential and must not use it beyond our instruction. For example,
we need to share details of your order and delivery request with our mailing, shipping, delivery, or logistics service providers in order to deliver products to you; we may share personally identifiable information with marketing, advertising, and communications companies or agencies, social media, or web platforms to assess effectiveness of our marketing and advertising activities and send you more relevant and interesting messages such as targeted advertisement of our products; and we especially need to share your personally identifiable information to bank or credit card companies to process your payment. Among our payment methods, we may use a third-party e-commerce payment partner. Wix offers over 70 leading online payment providers for you to choose from, including Wix Payments, PayPal, Square and Stripe, so we are able to complete your purchase transaction through the Site. Please refer to their privacy policies before you decide to use their services to pay online. If you choose to pay through Wix Payments, Wix will standardly encrypt your credit card information and other transaction data and store them on a secure server behind a firewall, until your transaction and purchase are processed and completed. After that, the stored information will be deleted automatically. The third parties that we share your information with to help us use your information also include Google.com. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how you use the Site. Again, if you interact with a third party, which is not directly related to us, they will be independently responsible for the information that you provide and you should read and determine if you agree with their privacy policy.
7. PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE
INFORMATION PROTECTION AND RETENTION
The safety and security of your personally identifiable information is very important to us. We strive to make efforts with high level of precautions and reasonable safeguards and follow the generally accepted standards and the best practices of the cosmetic and skincare industry to ensure that personally identifiable information we collect and maintain is protected against unauthorized access, alteration, destruction, disclosure, loss, or misuse. We use appropriate technical measures, including encryption when transmitting online banking information, to provide security and protect personally identifiable information. We use organizational strategies, including access controls to restrict and manage the way in which your personally identifiable information is processed, managed, and handled, to protect your privacy. For example, personally identifiable information can only be accessed by staff involved in the business service and product purchase in our organization, or our third-party service provider who require such access only for our business related purpose or other purposes as permitted or required by the applicable law. We adequately train our staff in the field of protecting your personally identifiable information.
The safety and security of personally identifiable information also depends on you. It is your responsibility to protect personally identifiable information. We will delete your personally identifiable information if you request, or we no longer need it for the original purposes when it is collected. Data retention period or the length of time that your personally identifiable information is stored and maintained varies depending on whether we believe you are still our customer and possibly come back to use the Site, the Service, or the Content, or we are required by applicable law to maintain it for our records. At least we will keep it till the expiration date of the products that you purchase.

The Site may contain hyperlinks to other websites, which are independent from us and not owned, operated, or controlled over by us. We have no knowledge or any control regarding the privacy practices of third-party websites and are not responsible for their collecting and using your personally identifiable information. Our privacy policy does not apply to any third-party websites. As you click on a hyperlink, it might direct you away from the Site. Then, you leave the Site and enter a third-party website. We encourage you to carefully read or review that website’s privacy policy to make sure that you agree with how your personally identifiable information is being collected, processed, used, shared, disclosed, and protected before you use the third party websites or submitting any personal identifiable information to them. The privacy practice of third-party websites is outside our control. Their privacy policies could be significantly different from ours. We are not able to endorse or make any representations about privacy practice of third-party websites. Therefore, we do not have responsibility with respect to any information you provided on any third-party website, anything regarding their privacy practices or information protection, as well as any activities undertaken on any third-party websites.
9. INFORMATION OF CHILDREN AND MINORS
There is an age restriction for using the Site as described in the Terms and Conditions. The Site, the Content, and the Services are directed at a general customer but not intended to be used for minors, i.e., individuals under the age of full legal responsibility. By using the Site, you represent that you are at the age of maturity and consent that we collect your information for aforementioned purposes. While our business currently focuses on foreign countries, we may or may not sell the Service in the United States domestic market in the future. In the United States, minor means younger than 18 years old for most states, 19 years old for the State of Alabama and the State of Nebraska, or 21 years old for the state of Mississippi. Therefore, we do not collect any information from minors or children as defined by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act as well as any information not permitted by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. If we find that we have unknowingly or accidentally obtained any information especially personal identifiable information from or about a minor or we have collected information not permitted by the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act or any other applicable laws, we will delete that information and remove all relevant data. If you become aware or believe that a minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to us, please contact us as soon as possible. We will inform the minor that he or she cannot use the Site, the Content, and the Service and the reason for it, and then completely delete all of his or her information.
10. YOUR CHOICES AND CONTROLS
You have the right to decline providing your personally identifiable information. In this situation, we may have difficult or not be able to provide certain services appropriately. For example, without your email address, we are not able to let you know your order status.
After providing your personally identifiable information, you have the right to request your personally identifiable information be corrected, updated, amended, or partially erased to ensure it is accurate or be shared to reflect your preferences. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us. Before acting on these requests, we may need to verify or confirm your identity for your information protection. We will try to comply with your requests in a reasonably timely manner. We may not be able to respond to your request or provide you with personally identifiable information if we are not able to verify your identity. 11. NOTICE FOR RESIDENTS OF EUROPEAN UNION AND CERTAIN STATES IN THE UNITED STATES
Many European Union countries and some states in the United States may have special laws regarding customer privacy. Currently we are not marketing in those areas and have no offices or branches or have not yet established our business channels there. In the future, we may expand our business and be able to sell our products and provide services there. We will completely comply with any of their applicable laws with respect for the personally identifiable information.
